MANILA, Philippines—Golden Café couldn’t have picked a better location than at a point where three important streets intersect in the West Triangle area: Scout Borromeo and Scout Tobias streets and Mother Ignacia Avenue.

   Jojo Tamase, vice president for food and beverage, sees the similarity to the five points of New York City.
Entering the café, you wonder if you’ve mistakenly gotten into a toy or hobby shop as glass cabinets display miniature car and helicopter models from Glenn Castillo’s collection. (click for full story)
